Live Music Rounds Out SparkJam 2020; Singer-Songwriters Saw Black and Landon Elliott to Headline

June 24, 2020 RICHMOND,VA SparkJam 2020 announced today the addition of live musical performances that will take place at 4 p.m. this Friday, June 26. The featured artists include Crystal Pistol Records recording artist Saw Black and singer-songwriter Landon Elliott.
 
In addition to the headline acts, a diverse lineup of Richmond performers will assemble at noon and play live to the SparkJam 2020 audience. Both live shows will be streamed from In Your Ear Studios in Richmond, VA.
 
SparkJam 2020 is an online benefit event set to begin at 8am this Friday. Tickets can be purchased online for $10 with proceeds going to The Virginia 30 Day Fund. Everyone is welcome and the event can be experienced online by visiting https://sparkjam.gorocketfactory.com
 
At 12:45 p.m. a panel titled, “Pivoting through Performance: How the live arts community is adjusting to re-opening and beyond” will explore the complications of performing live and how the Virginia live arts community is pulling together as the state re-emerges from lockdown.

Musical performances are made possible by Classical Revolution RVA, The Valentine, and In Your Ear Studios.
 
The one-day live event was announced earlier this month with the goal of helping to drive collaborative thinking for all Virginia businesses and raise money for The Virginia 30 Day Fund.
 
Throughout the day, attendees can hear from industry experts including Rob Roy, SVP/Head of Digital for T-Mobile USA, Chandra Briggman, President & CEO, Activation Capital, and Floyd Miller, President & CEO, Metropolitan Business League. Pete Snyder, Founder, The Virginia 30 Day Fund will also talk about the need to help lift Virginia small businesses.
