How We Work
After you contact us, we will meet with you and your team. During this initial meeting, our primary goal is to LISTEN to you and make sure we understand your goals, your deadlines, your budget and any other important information about the project. Based on what we learn together, we will then give you a detailed and customized proposal that meets your needs and your budget.
Once we agree on the details, costs, resources and timelines of the project, we start working with and for you. When the project is under way, you can expect -- at a minimum -- a weekly progress report that communicates our progress relative to milestones that we have established in the project plan. We only perform work that you have specifically authorized. And we never bill you for any work that you haven't specifically approved.
When we complete the project, we schedule a wrap-up meeting with you and your team to review the work we performed and make sure you are happy and satisfied with our work.
